# Customer Portfolio Management Manager

getirfinans operates within Banking as a Service model, having established partnerships with players at banking sector. In this role, you will lead the design of customer segmentation, loyalty programs, and the end-to-end execution of growth-focused campaign management. What You’ll Be Doing Customer Base Management: Design and manage strategies for customer activation, deepening (cross-sell/up-sell), and retention, overseeing their performance. CVM & Lifecycle Programs: Establish, automate, and continuously optimize Customer Lifecycle programs (including onboarding, churn prevention, etc.). Segmentation & Profiling: Lead advanced customer profiling and segmentation studies to define unique value propositions and targeted actions for each segment. Campaign Management: Manage periodic and ad-hoc campaigns targeting specific audiences through A/B testing and performance analysis. Loyalty & Value Proposition: Lead the design and execution of the Loyalty Program and the development of Getirfinans's customer value propositions. Partnerships: Proactively identify and secure 3rd party business collaborations to support customer growth and manage the execution processes of these partnerships. What You’ll Bring A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. min 4-5 years of professional experience, with a preference for at least 2 years in CVM, Growth, Segment Management, or CRM within the financial services (banking/fintech) or e-commerce sectors. Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Customer Lifecycle programs and segmentation strategies. Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in managing campaign performance through data-driven approaches. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment.
