Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team, with experience in quality processes within the manufacturing industry. Experience in the wiring harness industry will be considered an advantage. Key Responsibilities Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards, procedures, and company requirements. Conduct and follow up on product and process quality inspections. Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues in collaboration with relevant departments. Ensure that nonconformities are properly recorded, monitored, and followed through to effective resolution. Perform root cause analysis and contribute to corrective and preventive actions to prevent the recurrence of quality issues. Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic quality reports. Support the preparation, coordination, and execution of internal and external audits. Maintain and follow up on quality-related documents, records, and processes within the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure effective coordination between shop-floor quality activities and the Quality Management System. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Support the resolution of quality issues related to customers and suppliers. Work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and other relevant departments to ensure effective quality performance. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of quality processes. Support quality-related training, communication, and awareness activities for employees. Contribute to achieving the company's quality objectives and targets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Previous experience in quality control and/or quality management systems. Preferably experience in quality processes within a manufacturing environment. Experience in the wiring harness industry is a strong plus. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of quality tools and quality management processes. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Well-organized, systematic, and results-oriented approach to process follow-up and reporting. Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
