# Customer Service Advisor

RoShay Services

What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first and last point of contact for customers, creating positive impressions and fostering loyalty by recommending oil change options and additional services. Training will prepare you to communicate effectively with customers, gaining expertise in products, services, and company knowledge. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with service recommendations based on inspections and manufacturer guidelines. Provide excellent face-to-face interaction and communication. Support the team by being cross-trained as a top-side technician. Handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in non-climate-controlled environments. Review and understand training materials, safety procedures, and operational instructions in English. Qualifications & Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow professionally. Comfort with suggesting additional services to customers. Mobility, manual dexterity, and ability to work physically demanding tasks. Effective reading and comprehension of digital and written materials.
