The Pricing Team The Pricing Team is responsible for managing the profit and growth targets. In pricing team, we generate insights and actions from the data. Besides preparing analytic reports with large data, GLMs and Machine learning models, we collaborate closely with marketing, claims, IT and operations to provide our customers with the best customer experience possible. We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to help us move forward. What you'll do Become the owner and subject matter expert of our Health Insurance pricing structure and tariffs, Monitor portfolio performance and identify pricing and underwriting opportunities through data analysis, Prepare, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support pricing decisions, Develop, validate, and improve GLM and machine learning models for pricing and portfolio optimization, Implement pricing actions and model outputs into production systems, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives, Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing methodologies, tools, and reporting processes. What you'll need Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, 2–3 years of experience, Strong technical skills in Excel, including advanced reporting and data analysis, Working knowledge of data science tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or KNIME, Experience with Emblem is preferred but not required, Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into business actions, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving, Ability to work effectively in an office environment.
