Perform accurate data entry of employee information into Oracle HRIS e.g. new hires, terminations, salary changes, etc. Perform weekly audits of data entry, new hire information and various other data points Assist with records retention Assist with the on-boarding process by running background checks, collecting and verifying required new hire documents Assist with special projects as needed Experience with high volume Oracle HR data entry in a fast paced environment Experience with Excel and MS Word
