HSE Executive

We are looking for an experienced HSE Executive to lead Occupational Health & Safety, and Risk initiatives across GF Türkiye. This role will be instrumental in driving zero-accident performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening operational risk management. Key Responsibilities Lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Risk Management programs across the site Ensure compliance with Turkish legislation, ISO standards, and corporate requirements Lead accident, incident and near-miss investigations and implement corrective actions Drive risk assessments, emergency preparedness programs, and safety culture initiatives Coordinate internal and external audits, certifications, inspections, and compliance activities Manage contractor safety and environmental compliance Support sustainability reporting and global risk management projects Organize EHS trainings, committee meetings, and awareness programs Monitor environmental management processes including waste management and regulatory compliance Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to continuously improve EHS performance Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety, preferably in a hazardous manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and related management systems Good understanding of Turkish and international EHS regulations Experience in risk assessment, accident investigation, audits and training delivery Advanced English communication skills Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment NEBOSH, IOSH and/or Occupational Safety Specialist certification is considered an advantage What We Offer A dynamic and collaborative working environment.
