# Creative Strategist

Role Description This full-time, on-site Creative Strategist role is based in Istanbul and focuses on developing innovative concepts that align with brand objectives and business goals. The Creative Strategist will translate client needs and insights into clear creative directions, working closely with design, copy, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns. Daily responsibilities include crafting creative strategies, refining brand narratives, writing briefs and concept descriptions, and conducting research to inform strategic decisions. The role involves presenting ideas to internal stakeholders and clients, iterating on concepts based on feedback, and monitoring the performance of creative initiatives to optimize future work. Qualifications Strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills to guide concepts from idea to execution. At least 3 years of experience in Brand Strategy, including defining brand positioning, messaging, and visual tone. Compatibility with working on site 3 times a week. Proficiency in Writing for briefs, presentations, and campaign narratives, with clear and persuasive communication. Ability to conduct structured Research to generate insights about audiences, markets, and competitors. Background in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related creative field; agency experience is an advantage. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong presentation and storytelling skills, comfortable communicating ideas to clients and internal teams. Fluency in English; proficiency in Turkish and familiarity with the local market are beneficial.
