Key Responsibilities For The Director Of Human Resources Lead the company's HR strategy, policies, and employee programs. Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development. Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management. Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices. Develop employee engagement, retention, and leadership development initiatives. Manage HR operations, systems, reporting, and HR team performance. Qualifications For The Director Of Human Resources Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience. Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, engineering, or similar operational environments preferred. Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, and compliance. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred. #INSEP2026
