# Digital Marketing Executive

Your Responsibilities Plan and manage paid advertising performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, Yandex Ads, Criteo, and other RTB/programmatic platforms to drive sales and brand awareness Manage and direct the day-to-day work of external performance marketing agencies, setting priorities and holding them accountable for results Conduct hands-on analysis of campaign and channel performance and translate findings into clear, regular optimization directives for agencies and internal stakeholders Track and report performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Adjust, and other web analytics/attribution tools Analyze website traffic and user behavior to inform channel and budget allocation decisions Stay current on performance marketing and programmatic advertising trends, and proactively adapt strategy What We Expect Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline At least 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing Hands-on experience with SA360 is required Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4, with familiarity with Bing Ads, Yandex Ads, Criteo, and other RTB/programmatic platforms Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions Knowledge of CPAS (Comparison Shopping / Collaborative Performance Advertising Solutions) is a plus Previous agency experience is a plus Our Benefits We Think You May Be Interested In Hybrid working model TeknoFlex
