Floor Care Janitor

Floor Technician Lead provides hands-on floor-care and leadership to help maintain clean, safe, and well-kept facilities. Key Duties Lead and participate in floor-care work across client spaces to support high-quality facility appearance. Coordinate daily assignments and guide team members in performing tasks to established standards. Operate and maintain floor-care equipment. Perform floor restoration and maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, and polishing. Assist with supplies, support inspections, and report maintenance needs. Identify and escalate safety or quality concerns; demonstrate proper procedures. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in floor-care or related custodial/maintenance work. Ability to work reliably as part of a team and lead by example. Strong communication and respectful client/coworker interaction. Good attention to quality and safety practices. Comfort maintaining equipment and following procedures.
