• The full implementation and/or upgrade from legacy system to CRM 2011 experience.
• Microsoft CRM 2011 configurations and customizations
• Experience in architecting CRM 2011 server architecture for large enterprise deployments with respect to Multi-tenancy, IFD, ADFS, Email Router, SharePoint Server and SQL Server 2008/2012
• Experience with C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XML Web Services and JavaScript
• MS CRM Entity Data Model.
• Good Knowledge of CRM Workflows, custom Workflow, Plug-ins and form based customizations.
• Experience of integrating frameworks like Web services, SSIS Roles & Responsibilities :
• Design and Implement Microsoft CRM 2011 configurations and customizations
• Ability to consult on CRM Server architecture involving IFD, ADFS and SQL Server/SharePoint Server platforms and provide approach
• Technical Lead for the MS CRM 2011 related module(s) within the project and work towards finding solutions independently
• Design and develop integrations including CTI, Web Services based integrations.
