Delivery Driver - Full-Time

Role Overview: This position involves safely and efficiently transporting products from the warehouse to customers using a tractor-trailer, ensuring timely delivery and proper unloading according to company standards. Key Responsibilities Transport and deliver products, verifying accuracy and maintaining safety protocols. Unload goods manually or with equipment, storing items per customer specifications. Complete all necessary paperwork, including logs, inspections, and invoices accurately and promptly. Follow food safety standards, inspect products, and maintain sanitary conditions in equipment and facilities. Develop positive customer relationships through courteous communication and service. Report route, trailer, or product issues to management and handle backhaul pickups. Operate equipment safely, including hand carts and trucks, adhering to regulations. Work independently, planning and organizing tasks efficiently. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; tractor-trailer driving experience preferred. Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License and insurability. Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hazmat guidelines, and safe lifting practices. Strong driving, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to read, write, and perform basic math in English. Physical & Work Environment: The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, operating vehicles in various weather conditions, and working in environments with exposure to noise, cold, heat, and mechanical parts. Overtime, weekends, and flexible hours are common to meet customer needs.
