What You'll Earn $1,200-$1,500 average weekly earnings $2,000-$4,000+ per week for top performers Weekly pay Uncapped commission with unlimited earning potential New Start Bonus of up to $1,500 for qualified new hires What You’ll Do Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs. Present Mpower’s services with confidence and enthusiasm. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify new sales opportunities and develop leads into successful partnerships. Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and follow-up. Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Keep up with market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and people skills. A positive, confident, and professional attitude. Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Strong organization and follow-through.
