With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we strive to deliver top-notch service and innovative HVAC solutions to our clients.&nbsp; &nbsp; Job Description: As an HVAC Install Technician at Josko LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of residents in multi-family &amp; residential properties. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems in accordance with company standards and industry best practices. &nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp; Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems in multi-family residential properties to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.&nbsp; Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.&nbsp; Perform repairs and replacements of HVAC components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and coils.&nbsp; Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.&nbsp; Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.&nbsp; Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to coordinate HVAC service schedules and ensure minimal disruption to residents.&nbsp; Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.&nbsp; Categorize and organize inventory to limit unnecessary losses to the company.&nbsp; &nbsp; Requirements:&nbsp; High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC repair and installation preferred.&nbsp; Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HVAC service technician, with a focus on multi-family residential properties.&nbsp; Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation techniques.&nbsp; Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in HVAC maintenance and repair.&nbsp; Excellent communication and customer service skills.&nbsp; Ability to work independently and efficiently, with attention to detail.&nbsp; Valid driver's license and clean driving record.&nbsp; EPA certification for handling refrigerants is a plus.&nbsp; &nbsp; Benefits:&nbsp; Hourly pay: $23/h to $32/h Health insurance coverage&nbsp; Paid time off and holidays&nbsp; Company Vehicle / Fuel Card &nbsp; Tool Program &nbsp; Opportunities for professional development and advancement&nbsp; Join our team at Josko LLC and become a part of our mission to deliver exceptional HVAC solutions to multi-family residential properties.&nbsp;
