We're looking for a User Acquisition Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to help us scale our consumer subscription products across global markets. What You'll Own; Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels . Analyze performance and optimize key metrics including CAC, CPI, ROAS, conversion, and retention . Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and structured experimentation . Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Data teams to improve acquisition and subscription funnels. Develop and test performance-driven creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies . Use AI tools and automation to improve analysis, reporting, and execution. What We're Looking For; 1–2 years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Growth, or a related field. Hands-on experience with at least one major paid acquisition platform ( Meta, Google, or TikTok ). Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Understanding of key performance metrics such as CAC, CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV . Ownership mindset, curiosity, and ability to learn and move fast. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Fluent in English. Nice to Have Experience with mobile apps, subscription products, or global consumer businesses . Familiarity with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools .
