Global Law firm with presence in Wilmington Delaware seeks experienced Corporate Litigation Paralegal.to work closely with attorneys and prepare for many trials. Significant experience with Delaware. Chancery Court . Minimum of 4 years law firm , Chancery Court proceedings. ( non-negotiable ) and other complex federal and state civil litigation, court hearings, trial, and case management. Primary responsibility for filings and court roles are met. This is a hybrid position ( 3 days in 2 days out) Salary is excellent $100K to $130K College degree preferred but comparable experience will be considered.
