We are accepting applications for future Medical Assistant Instructor positions at multiple campuses. If you're ready to step into a rewarding educational environment and make a real impact, we want to hear from you!  We offer flexible schedules, a supportive team environment, and the chance to shape future healthcare professionals in a role that’s as meaningful as it is rewarding.    What You’ll Do  As a Medical Assistant Instructor, you'll teach assigned classes, guide hands-on learning in labs, and mentor students toward career success. You'll also:  Provide classroom and lab instruction in an engaging, student-centered way  Help prepare curriculum and maintain instructional materials  Keep detailed attendance and academic records  Submit student grades, evaluations, and required documentation promptly  Identify and communicate student attendance concerns  Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development  Use proven student retention techniques to support learning  Monitor and maintain classroom and lab equipment and supplies  Maintain a neat and orderly instructional environment  Support student progress by completing educational performance modules  Promote a positive, team-oriented atmosphere    What You’ll Bring  Required Qualifications:  Associate's degree  RMA or CCMA certification required  BLS certification (within 6 months of hire)  At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the medical assisting field  Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)  Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally as needed  Preferred Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or education-related field  Experience with CampusNexus or other student information systems    Schedule Options (Fridays Off!)  We offer multiple schedules to support your availability:  Full-Time  Split Shift: Mon – Thurs: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM & 5:30 PM – 11:00 PM  Part-Time Options  Mon – Thurs: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM  Mon – Thurs: 5:30 PM – 11:00 PM    Compensation & Benefits  Pay Rate: UP to $25/hour (based on qualifications and experience)  Full-Time Employees Enjoy:  401(k) with Company Match  Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance  Life Insurance  Parental Leave  Paid Time Off (PTO)  Tuition Reimbursement  Employee Assistance Program (EAP)  We are committed to offering a compensation package that supports both your career goals and personal well-being.    How to Apply  Apply now to be considered for future teaching opportunities at one of our campus locations.
