SES is partnering with a respected organization in the gaming and hospitality industry to identify a Regional Vice President of Human Resources. This confidential executive search is ideal for an accomplished HR leader who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on oversight across multiple properties. Leading employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and performance programs. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Coaching leaders and supporting employee development, engagement, and retention. Monitoring workforce trends and strengthening HR policies, processes, and communications. What Type of Person Will Be Successful An HR executive with at least 10 years of progressive experience in gaming or a related industry. A proven leader with strong employee relations, coaching, and organizational development experience. Someone with advanced knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and workforce planning. A confident communicator who can partner effectively with employees and leaders at every level. A bachelor’s degree and SHRM or HRCI certification are preferred.
