What You’ll Be Doing Support plant operations through safe and efficient material handling Assist with equipment cleanup, maintenance, and basic operational tasks Monitor production areas and promptly report issues Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of safe work practices Perform general labor duties to ensure continuous, reliable plant operations What We Are Looking For Ability to work safely around machinery and moving equipment Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in varied conditions Willingness to learn plant processes and operate tools/equipment as trained Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned tasks Commitment to teamwork and maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer $26.70 per hour plus an additional $0.50 per hour underground rate Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer • Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
