Business Intelligence Developer

BI Developer Wilmington, DE A leading global financial institution is hiring multiple BI Developers to support a major transformation programme focused on modernising workforce analytics. This role goes beyond dashboard development. You'll help migrate legacy reporting environments to modern cloud-based analytics platforms while supporting critical executive reporting, self-service analytics, and enterprise workforce insights. What You'll Do Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and curated datasets Support ad hoc analytics and executive reporting Maintain and improve legacy BI products Develop semantic layers and self-service capabilities Work with Databricks, Snowflake, Sigma, and modern cloud platforms Ensure strong governance, data quality, and reporting standards What We're Looking For 2+ years BI, analytics, or reporting experience Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions Strong SQL and data manipulation skills Exposure to modern BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) Understanding of data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders Ideal Candidates BI Developers Analytics Engineers Reporting Analysts Workforce Analytics Professionals This is an opportunity to join a large-scale data transformation programme and play a visible role in the migration from legacy reporting environments to a modern cloud analytics stack.
