Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.   Role Overview: The Shift Lead is responsible for organizing shift schedules, ensuring shift adherence, tracking operator attendance, ensuring availability of staff and assigning missions to operators with a view to achieving efficient & effective operations.
