Our client is a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong reputation for quality, teamwork, and long-term employee retention. They're looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing commercial projects from start to finish while working for a family-oriented company that values collaboration, work-life balance, and professional growth. Most projects are local, so overnight travel is minimal. What You'll Do Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and field personnel. Review project documents, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Monitor project progress to ensure quality, safety, budget, and schedule expectations are met. Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders. Work closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor. Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects preferred. Assistant Project Managers ready to step into a Project Manager role are encouraged to apply. Experience with healthcare, restaurants, multifamily, daycare, retail, office, or other commercial projects is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and other construction management software is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
