About Our Client My client is a well-established general contractor with a strong presence across the Midwest. Job Description Manage project objectives by balancing contract requirements, financial constraints, schedule expectations, and overall cost considerations. Serve as the primary point of coordination among Owners, their representatives, Trade Partners, and the on‑site Superintendent. Provide guidance and direction to the Superintendent to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to organizational quality standards. Make informed decisions rooted in a thorough understanding of the project's progress, integrating multiple moving parts to achieve a successful outcome. Align project results with the expectations of the Owner and Architect while controlling schedule, budget, and cost factors. Take responsibility for decisions that influence overall project costs and determine the level of success achieved. Prioritize tasks, plan activities, and organize workflows to maintain project momentum and efficiency. Establish and refine processes or strategies that enhance productivity and translate client expectations into a clear vision of the finished product.
