# Trauma Care Registered Nurse

Role Overview: A Staff RN on the Trauma Intermediate Care unit, responsible for providing comprehensive, high-quality care to trauma and high-acuity patients. Key Responsibilities Performing ongoing patient assessments and monitoring Administering medications and managing telemetry and complex treatments Responding promptly to changes in patient status to ensure safety Collaborating effectively with physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver evidence-based care Qualifications & Skills Current nursing licensure and relevant clinical experience Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Additional Information: This role offers opportunities for professional development and growth within a supportive, community-focused culture dedicated to patient care and clinical excellence.
