Residental Project Manager

We are a roofing company looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager for Residential Roofing to oversee and manage roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, maintaining quality standards, managing customer relationships, and coordinating all project-related activities. Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of roofing projects. Coordinate with roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and labor are on-site as needed. Maintain clear communication with homeowners, builders, GCs, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the project. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure they are met. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies. Conduct site inspections and ensure the quality of work meets company and industry standards. Provide regular project updates to clients and company leadership. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project. Qualifications Previous experience in roofing or construction project management. Strong organizational and communication skills.
