Registered Nurse - Full Time Night Shift

Role Overview: The healthcare professional collaborates with team members to provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring, medication administration, record-keeping, patient education, and consultation with providers. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and complete healthcare records and reports. Administer medications, monitor for side effects, and report patient condition changes. Prescribe assistive devices and related treatments. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in coordination with the healthcare team. Record vital signs and medical information, perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program and current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. BLS certification required; preferred qualifications include a BSN, Master’s degree, ACLS certification, and 1+ year of nursing experience.
