• In-Patient/Out-Patient Requirements:
• Current State RN License
• One to Two years of experience in related setting; One year for specialty settings
• Current BLS CPR Card, ACLS for specialty settings
• Immunization/Titer Records
• Recent TB Test or Chest X-ray Benefits Include:
