Role Overview As a Clinic Service Representative, you play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out. You¿ll support patients, medical staff, and clinic operations by managing registration activities, insurance verification, and financial discussions. Your work directly contributes to the efficiency and excellence of our clinic, making a meaningful impact on patient care and satisfaction. What You Will Do Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Verify insurance and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients. Handle cash collections and reconcile patient charts accurately. Preregister patients and manage their discharge process. Collaborate with the Customer Service Center for complex financial inquiries. Maintain a fast-paced, organized workflow in a team-oriented environment. Ability to perform calculations and complete forms. Basic computer skills, including navigating software and email. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, staff, and visitors. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. Dependable, punctual, and organized with strong multitasking abilities. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with a clinic environment. Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
