Health Effects Litigation Associate

The Health Effects Litigation practice group of a major law firm is hiring associates. The litigation practice group counsels clients and handles litigation involving claimed adverse health effects from ingestion of or exposure to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, radiation, chemicals, consumer goods, environmental substances and industrial equipment. The group is experienced in supervising and coordinating the defense of mass tort and product liability litigation throughout the United States and internationally. The group and its leader are highly ranked at the national level in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, which ranks firms based on client interviews and independent research. Candidates must have 3-5 years of complex litigation experience for the Philadelphia office. Ideal candidates will have sophisticated products/pharmaceutical litigation experience, stellar academic credentials, prior large firm experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
