SUMMARY&nbsp; We are seeking an experienced&nbsp;Alternatives&nbsp;Marketing professional to&nbsp;help&nbsp;drive&nbsp;fundraising and investor engagement across&nbsp;various&nbsp;institutional and private wealth channels for GCM Grosvenor.&nbsp;&nbsp; This&nbsp;unique&nbsp;role combines&nbsp;the&nbsp;core marketing functions&nbsp;of&nbsp;product &amp; capabilities&nbsp;marketing, channel marketing, and custom&nbsp;solutions&nbsp;marketing. We offer differentiated access and investment expertise across the full alternatives spectrum&nbsp;and investor solutions including funds, custom accounts and strategic partnerships.&nbsp; &nbsp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp; Investor&nbsp;Marketing&nbsp; Support global fundraising initiatives by developing and maintaining institutional marketing materials&nbsp;in&nbsp;a variety of&nbsp;formats.&nbsp; Define requirements&nbsp;across the prospect-to-client lifecycle, ensuring client-facing teams are equipped with accurate and current collateral to support prospecting, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.&nbsp; Distill market trends and portfolio insights into differentiated content supporting investor communications and marketing campaigns.&nbsp; Partner with investment teams to create marketing initiatives by developing materials and content across all relevant formats and channels, ensuring alignment with firm messaging and commercial objectives.&nbsp; Content Strategy &amp; Market Positioning&nbsp; Collaborate with investment leads and business development teams to establish go-to-market plans for investment strategies, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging across all investor-facing materials and channels.&nbsp; Develop comprehensive multi-year marketing plans that align with the firm's&nbsp;roadmap&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with data and analytics teams to develop compelling visualizations and analytical frameworks that reinforce investment narratives and enhance marketing materials.&nbsp; Partner with Brand, Communications, Events, and Digital to bring investment content to life from thought leadership and event programming to digital&nbsp;assets&nbsp;and&nbsp;case studies.&nbsp; Campaign &amp; Investor Engagement&nbsp; Plan and support multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to commercial objectives and investor segments.&nbsp; Execute and measure investor engagement programs that deepen relationships and support fundraising across global client segments.&nbsp; Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Compliance&nbsp; Partner closely with business development, investment teams, compliance, and legal to ensure all marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with firm messaging.&nbsp; Maintain a deep understanding of marketing compliance principles and regulatory requirements governing investment communications.&nbsp; QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp; 7–15 years of experience in client marketing&nbsp;or product marketing within an alternative asset manager or institutional investment firm.&nbsp; Experience in alternative investments is required; prior experience in private markets (private equity, private credit, real&nbsp;estate, or infrastructure) is strongly preferred.&nbsp; Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive multi-year marketing plans and go-to-market strategies for investment strategies and product launches.&nbsp; Strong communication and judgement skills, with the ability to collaborate&nbsp;with senior leaders in&nbsp;investment, compliance,&nbsp;and&nbsp;business development teams.&nbsp; Demonstrated experience supporting institutional fundraising efforts and developing sophisticated investor-facing marketing materials.&nbsp; Exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities — able to translate complex investment topics into clear, engaging, and visually compelling communications.&nbsp; Experience developing and executing investor engagement programs and market positioning content.&nbsp; Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.&nbsp; Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint; familiarity with performance analytics and data visualization tools.&nbsp; BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.&nbsp; &nbsp;Actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual's experience, skills, and qualifications for the role.&nbsp; Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on factors such as individual, team, and company performance as well as a comprehensive benefits package.NEW YORK ANNUAL PAY RANGE$150,000&mdash;$185,000 USDABOUT THE FIRM GCM Grosvenor (Nasdaq: GCMG) is a global alternative asset management solutions provider with approximately $97 billion in assets under management across private equity, infrastructure, real estate, credit, and absolute return investment strategies.
