# Environmental Health Safety Specialist

Job Description Lead risk assessment processes and ensure they are reviewed and updated as needed. Coordinate scheduled audits, maintain accurate records, and track the follow-up of resulting decisions and actions. Oversee HSE training programs and drive initiatives that strengthen a strong safety culture across the site. Design and maintain emergency response plans, provide workforce training, and validate action plans through regular test coordination. Monitor legal and regulatory developments, updating internal procedures, instructions, and practices accordingly. Drive environmental compliance by managing impact assessments, waste processes, and required environmental declarations. Conduct process and occupational safety risk analyses for machinery, equipment, and installation or revision activities, implementing corrective measures as needed. Support process safety management. Investigate work-related incidents, first aid cases, near misses, and observed risks, implementing preventive actions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience. Minimum C Class Occupational Safety Certificat. Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Seveso, and ATEX standards. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficient in MS Office programs.
