Process prescriptions with accuracy and speed, handling data entry, billing administration, quality control checks, and file maintenance like a pro Keep our inventory in top shape through smart stocking and storage procedures—think of it as pharmacy Tetris! Deliver outstanding customer service and professional communication that makes patients feel valued and heard Partner with the pharmacist to support medication counseling and patient education initiatives Handle customer inquiries and service issues with a friendly, solution-focused approach Champion HIPAA compliance and privacy standards—protecting patient information is our superpower Support all pharmacy operations, including opening and closing procedures, to keep things running like clockwork Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence Embrace all pharmaceutical regulations, company standards, and ethical practices as core to who we are EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. Minimum of six (6) months of retail pharmacy experience preferred. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: Requires valid State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician license.
