Senior UX Designer – Loyalty & Rewards We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to help design and shape a new and evolving loyalty and rewards experience for a leading financial institution. This is a unique opportunity for a UX expert who enjoys solving complex problems, working across multiple business functions, and bringing structure to a developing product ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience designing digital experiences for loyalty or rewards programs or have strong experience designing digital products and experiences within financial institutions . This is not a branding or marketing design role . The work will focus heavily on UX, complex workflows, user journeys, information architecture, interaction design, and end-to-end product experiences , with enough visual design expertise to create polished, intuitive interfaces. What You’ll Do Lead UX design across the full product design lifecycle, from discovery and problem definition through ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation. Design complex workflows, user journeys, and experiences within a new loyalty and rewards ecosystem. Translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive experiences for members. Create journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and multiple business units to define and deliver cohesive experiences. Partner with business stakeholders who may be new to loyalty/rewards products and help educate them on UX principles and customer-centered design. Navigate competing priorities and conflicting stakeholder requirements while maintaining a clear design vision. Use research, data, customer insights, and design thinking to inform solutions and validate decisions. Advocate for the user while balancing business objectives, technical constraints, and organizational priorities. Present and communicate design concepts effectively to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Contribute to UX standards, best practices, accessibility, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. Collaborate with developers through implementation to ensure the final product reflects the intended experience. What We’re Looking For 6+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience designing consumer-facing digital products at scale, or equivalent experience. Experience designing for a loyalty or rewards program OR significant UX/Product Design experience within a financial institution . Strong UX/product design background with the ability to work as a UX generalist across discovery, research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and visual design. Experience designing complex workflows and interconnected digital experiences , rather than primarily marketing sites or brand-focused experiences. Strong proficiency with Figma and modern UX/product design tools. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (LDS) is a significant plus. Strong systems-thinking and strategic problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and help bring structure to a new or evolving product. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions. Strong stakeholder-management skills and the presence to command a room, navigate competing opinions, and bring stakeholders along on the design journey . Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, technical considerations, and organizational priorities. Strong visual design skills, while recognizing that this role will lean more heavily toward UX than UI . Portfolio Required Candidates must be prepared to provide a portfolio demonstrating relevant UX/product design work .
