About The Company Our client is a global alternative investment firm employing a multi-manager model, allocating capital across a broad array of independent teams with diverse strategies. Responsibilities Partner with business units to develop financial models, scenario analyses, and forecasts supporting strategic initiatives including product expansion and growth opportunities Participate in firm-wide FP&A projects identifying opportunities to enhance financial analysis, reporting processes, and business insights Collaborate with business units to support financial planning, performance management, and firm-wide strategic initiatives Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages and dashboards for senior management, highlighting financial performance, key variances, and business trends Analyze historical and projected revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators to identify trends, assess business performance, and improve forecast accuracy Play an active role in the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes, partnering with business leaders to incorporate strategic priorities and financial objectives Conduct variance analysis of actual results against budget and forecast, providing insights into key drivers and recommending opportunities for improved financial performance Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required 2-3 years of related experience in financial services Advanced quantitative and project management skills Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills including macros and VBA a plus Salary Range $90,000-$110,000
