Financial Planning Analytics & Insights Manager

We are looking for a Financial Planning, Analytics & Insights Manager to join our Financial Planning, Analytics & Insights Department. The role will be responsible for supporting financial planning, reporting, analysis and modelling activities, while providing accurate and timely insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of finance, and a strong business mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. The role will involve analyzing financial and operational performance, identifying key trends and drivers, and driving and contributing to budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business planning activities. Responsibilities Prepare and enhance regular management reports and presentations for senior management Monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs, identify performance drivers and proactively highlight risks and opportunities Drive the annual budget, rolling forecast and long-term business planning processes Build financial models and perform ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and investment decisions Support IFRS and management reporting requirements as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field 7+ years of experience in financial planning, reporting, data analysis, business analysis and financial modelling Strong understanding of finance with solid analytical capabilities Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Knowledge of IFRS reporting and financial statements is considered an asset Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Ability to translate complex analyses into clear business insights Excellent communication and collaboration skills Fluency in written and spoken English Highly motivated, proactive and detail-oriented Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
