To support our growing patient base, we are seeking talented and enthusiastic Dental Sales Specialists to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in health tourism. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (healthcare-related field is an advantage, but not required) Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Minimum 2 years of experience in dental sales within the health tourism industry Open to feedback and committed to personal development Passionate about sales and committed to embracing it as a lifestyle Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively Job Description Contact international patients to understand their dental needs and requirements Build trust-based relationships to convert dental inquiries into sales Conduct sales calls and manage the sales process using CRM software Present dental healthcare packages to patients, providing price quotations Coordinate with dentists to create personalized treatment plans for each patient What We Offer Compensation Package: A fixed salary complemented by an attractive incentive system that rewards high performance.
