About the Position: As Administrative Support Assistant, the incumbent will work under the overall supervision of the ARTRANS G3 Movement Support Division Chief and Perform administrative and clerical work related to the operations of the Divisions.
Coordinates administrative support for G3 division leadership and staff.
Researches administrative policies and regulations to advise division leadership.
Drafts correspondence and policy documents in the required command format.
Tracks division taskers and suspense actions to ensure timely completion.
Prepares reports, briefings, and data products to support management decisions.
Assists with budget planning and travel-fund monitoring for assigned divisions.
Reviews DTS travel documents and assists personnel with travel requirements.
Maintains civilian time-and-attendance records and resolves payroll issues.
Manages leadership calendars and meeting schedules to prevent conflicts.
Screens calls, visitors, and office inquiries and routes them to appropriate staff.

This definition of specialized experience is typical work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06) Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
