Construction Manager - (Infra Wind)

Key Responsibilities Construction Execution Manage construction of internal roads, access roads, haul roads, and hardstands/crane pads. Oversee earthworks, grading, embankment construction, soil stabilization, and pavement works. Ensure proper execution of subgrade, sub-base, base course, and surface layer construction. Monitor road geometry, compaction, and drainage requirements as per design specifications. Coordinate with survey, quality, and engineering teams for smooth project execution. Planning & Coordination Develop and monitor construction schedules and resource deployment plans. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Ensure availability of manpower, equipment, and materials. Review drawings, specifications, and method statements before execution. Quality Assurance & Control Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Supervise field testing activities including compaction tests, FDT, plate load tests, and material quality checks. Monitor inspection and testing plans (ITP) and close quality observations promptly. Maintain project quality records and documentation. Health, Safety & Environment Enforce project HSE requirements and safe work practices. Conduct regular site inspections and safety reviews. Ensure contractor compliance with company and client safety standards. Promote a zero-harm safety culture across project teams. Project Monitoring & Reporting Track daily, weekly, and monthly construction progress. Identify construction risks and develop mitigation plans. Provide progress reports to management and clients. Monitor productivity and optimize equipment utilization
