Practitioner will provide outpatient psychopharmacology evaluations and medication management, perform intake evals and follow up with Adult patients with substance abuse disorders, anxiety, bi-polar disorders and mild mental health issues Monday • Friday work Schedule, Flexible Hours (16 • 40 Hours per week), Create your own schedule.
