# Sales Associate

Role Description the Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at our property in Great Falls, MT. This position focuses on driving revenue by identifying and securing new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting the hotel’s services and amenities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales calls and visits, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems. The Sales Associate will collaborate with the front desk and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences, support group bookings and events, and participate in local networking or promotional activities. The role also involves monitoring market trends, assisting with marketing initiatives, and meeting or exceeding individual and property sales targets. Qualifications Demonstrated sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills, ideally within hospitality or a related service industry. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal teams. Basic proficiency with office software, sales or CRM tools, and comfort working with data to track leads and performance. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities. High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity, with a commitment to delivering excellent guest and client experiences. Ability to work on-site in Great Falls, MT, including occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require. Prior hotel or hospitality sales experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, hospitality, or marketing is a plus.
