Pay Rate : $23.50-$26.00 an hour As a BAYADA CNA, you'll enjoy: Health Benefits 401k Paid Time Off Sick Time Scholarship Program up to $2000. Advance through Nursing Program up to $10,000.. Employee Referral Program up to $2000.   Weekly Pay 24 / 7 on call clinical manager support Qualifications for CNA position: Need to have a RI CNA license from the RIDOH Must have a vehicle to travel to clients homes   Must have 1 year or more of verifiable employment (does not have to be related to health care)   Job Responsibilities for CNA: Activities of daily living Light housekeeping Bathing Dressing Grooming Toileting Nail care Range of motion / exercises Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices Oral feeding Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc. Assisting with ambulation Medication assistance   BAYADA recognizes and rewards our CNAs who set and maintain the highest standards of excellence.
