Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Broker for a full-time, on-site position based in Istanbul. The Broker will be responsible for managing real property transactions, providing excellent customer service to clients, executing property sales, and assisting clients in making informed real estate decisions. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market analysis, preparing property listings, negotiating deals, and representing buyers or sellers during transactions. Qualifications Proficiency in Brokerage and Real Estate practices, including transactional and operational processes related to property sales Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to effectively communicate and build trust with clients Proven experience in Sales and property promotion to achieve and exceed sales targets Knowledge of Real Property laws, documentation, and legal requirements Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
