Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Utilize your experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision with the objective of delighting our customers with innovative solutions to their needs. Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. Lead the Functional testing efforts and support users during User Acceptance Testing. Ensures issues are identified tracked and reported on and resolved in a timely manner within projects and with application support teams post implementation. Support the business post live as required. Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of Content Management Systems such as Adobe Experience Manager/CQ (preferred), Oracle WebCenter Sites/FatWire Social Media Integration platforms such as Opal Moments, Adobe Social, Analytics tools such as Omniture General Leadership Skills: Proactively communicate and collaborate with various IS&T teams and business teams to analyse information needs and functional requirements Confident, influential and articulate, with clear ability to learn quickly, deal with diverse and demanding stakeholders GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS DURATION: 6+ Months INTERVIEW: Telephone / Skype We specialize in Staffing, Consulting, Software Development, and Training along with IT services to small to medium size companies.
