Plant Controller

Key Responsibilities Lead monthly and year-end financial close and prepare financial statements. Manage journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and GL accuracy . Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis . Analyze gross margin, EBITDA, working capital, and variances . Manage inventory costing, PPV, standard costing, and physical inventory . Oversee fixed assets, capital expenditures, and leases . Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Leadership on financial performance. Track key KPIs including labor efficiency, productivity, inventory turns, and working capital . Support audits and tax activities . Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies . Qualifications Strong background in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting . Manufacturing experience is required . Experience with inventory, cost accounting, and operational finance . Strong Excel/Office and ERP skills; Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
