What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
Install and service water heaters, sump pumps, water softeners, fixtures, and sewer/drain systems
Present repair options and solutions to homeowners
Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
Participate in an on-call rotation
What You Bring
Illinois Plumbing License (required)
3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Great communication and customer service
Clean driving record
Ability to work independently
Bonus Points
ServiceTitan experience
Sewer camera and hydro-jetting experience
Backflow or Cross-Connection Certification
Experience selling maintenance memberships
