You’ll be joining a math team with demonstrated results. 📈 In the latest 2025–26 DC CAPE results, 34.8% of Edgewood Middle students met or exceeded expectations in Math, compared with 28.2% across DC. 🎯 Even more exciting, 42.5% of Edgewood Middle 8th graders met or exceeded expectations in Math. But the numbers tell only part of the story. Behind these results is a team of educators who plan, problem-solve, learn from one another, and hold high expectations for every student. As our next 8th Grade SPED Math Teacher, you’ll join that team and be supported by it. You’ll collaborate with colleagues who share responsibility for student success while providing the individualized support students need to thrive.
