Automotive Collision Refinishing Painter

We are seeking an Automotive Refinish Painter / Collision Technician responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing vehicles after collision or cosmetic repairs. Perform surface prep, masking, color mixing, and spraying primer, basecoat, and clearcoat. Inspect finishes, correct defects through buffing and polishing, and blend adjacent panels for seamless repairs. Follow OEM and paint system procedures, maintain equipment, and ensure a clean work environment. Coordinate with body technicians to meet quality standards and production schedules in a fast-paced setting. Adhere to safety practices and maintain refinishing tools and equipment. Qualifications include: 2-3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.
