As part of this strong organization, we are looking for a “Accounting Specialist” who will actively contribute to our financial reporting processes at our Head Office in Istanbul. What You’ll Do? Record documents that constitute the basis of accounting records into the accounting system within the framework of company procedures and laws, Follow up e-invoice & e-archive & e-dispatch processes and record related invoices, Follow up invoice processes in accordance with the company’s internal invoice approval procedure, Complete and report BA-BS and current account reconciliations, Control and account cash receipts, Control and account personnel expenses, Prepare VAT-1, VAT-2, Stamp Duty, and Withholding tax returns. What We Expect from You? Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, etc., At least 4 years of experience in the field, Proficient in SAP/FI module, Knowledgeable in uniform chart of accounts and tax practices, Proficient in e-ledger, e-invoice, e-archive processes, Preferably with good command of English, Preferably experienced in the real estate sector, Preferably a CPA trainee or has passed the exam, Preferably proficient in construction accounting processes, Experienced in VAT refund processes, Knowledgeable about investment incentive practices, Residing/willing to reside in Istanbul.
