# Sales/Account Executive — Performance Marketing / DTC Brands (Remote)

Nift

Nift is disrupting performance marketing — we deliver millions of net-new customers to DTC and e-commerce brands every month. We're growing our Mid-Market team, and we're looking for a full-cycle seller to help build it. This is a true hunter's seat. You'll personally research, prospect, and close net-new Mid-Market DTC & e-commerce advertisers — then own those accounts as they scale. There's no SDR handing you leads and no CS team taking the account off your plate: you open the door, win the business, get the first campaign live, and grow it. Land and expand. If you've sold a performance-marketing product to growth and marketing leaders and you like the idea of an open field with room to build, keep reading. Why this role is different Ground-floor seat: Mid-Market is still being built here. You'll help write the playbook, not inherit one. Open remit, real ownership: No rigid territories, no lead handoffs. You self-source, you close, and you keep what you land as it grows. A product that actually converts: Nift introduces brands to new customers through thoughtful "thank-you" gifts — a genuinely differentiated, performance-based acquisition channel, not another ad placement. Comp with upside: Competitive base, balanced 50/50 OTE, uncapped commission, plus equity potential. Learn from the best: You'll work closely with our CRO, Saket Mehta — named to the 2026 Adweek 50 What you'll do Self-source and prospect net-new Mid-Market DTC/e-commerce brands, and quickly qualify inbound leads Run discovery to understand each brand's acquisition goals, CPA/ROAS targets, and conversion paths Show growth and marketing leaders how Nift drives net-new customers, and lead pricing and contract negotiations Own the account after close — get the first campaign live, monitor performance, and scale spend Build and forecast a healthy pipeline, and become Nift's category expert as the market evolves What you bring 5+ years of sales experience, ideally selling a performance-marketing or customer-acquisition product to marketing / growth / performance teams — with a track record of self-sourcing, closing, and beating quota Full-cycle instincts: you're comfortable owning everything from cold outreach to close to account growth Consultative, data-driven selling: you translate campaign data into a clear, compelling case and connect client goals to platform performance Excellent communication with founders and senior leaders at small-to-mid-size brands Organized and self-driven — you thrive in a fast-moving, unstructured, results-oriented environment, and you're fluent in CRM and modern sales tools About Nift Nift is reshaping how people discover and try new brands — helping businesses acquire customers efficiently while making those customers feel valued. We're a data-driven, cash-flow-positive company that's grown 731% over the last three years, scaling toward becoming one of the largest sources of new customer acquisition worldwide. We're backed by Spark Capital & Foundry (early investors in Slack, Snap, Warby Parker, Wayfair, and Twitter). What you get Competitive comp + comprehensive benefits (401(k) with match, Medical / Dental / Vision) Equity potential for full-time employees Flexible remote work + Unlimited Responsible PTO A direct, visible impact on Nift's revenue, growth, and future
