# Physical Therapist (PT)

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our home health team in a full-time capacity. We are looking to build a team of committed team players who want to practice at a high level. We embrace a small company culture with the resources of a larger company encompassing many aspects of care including Hospice, Home Health, primary care, assisted living. We empower clinicians to be true case managers we do not dictate treatment timelines and support them creating unique Plans of care with their patients. We are innovating across all domains; clinical practice, marketing, EMR, administration and this a unique opportunity to be a part of a growing team and have a part in creating a practice an elevated practice in Home Health. Culture of opportunity ; we are always looking for new avenues to serve our patients and expand our census, we engage with staff on their preferences for patient populations, locations, and even certifications we can help clinicians get to elevate our whole practice. Honest Leadership ; All Directors and our administrator are themselves clinicians. We regularly engage with staff on changes being made and reach out one on one whenever someone is struggling. We all aim to have our team success no one is left out of that. What You Will Need Active license in good standing with the state of Idaho CPR certification (we will provide if needed) Valid driver license What We Offer Anticipated annual visit-pay earnings of approximately $90,000 - $110,000 Mileage reimbursement Paid CEUs 401(k) plan with employer contribution Paid time off that begins accruing on day one Relocation assistance (contingent upon distance) Offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen About All Care All Care has been providing outstanding care to people in need of home health and hospice services across the Treasure valley since 2010.
